The doctors practicing from Whitebridge Medical Centre provide a full spectrum of GP care. This includes both acute and chronic disease management across all ages and genders.

It’s not always easy to come in for an appointment. People are busy. Doctors are busy. We get it and we think it’s important for you to access care with convenience.

We offer lots of ways to access your care including face to face appointments, video call appointments, phone appointments and even chat appointments.

Telehealth: Video calls and phone consults are eligible for a medicare rebate if you have been seen face to face in the clinic in the last 12 months. The only exceptions to this is if you are less than 12 months of age, COVID positive or homeless. If you would like a phone or video consult these can be booked through the “Heidi” portal here. Alternatively you can download the Heidi app here.

Repeat scripts, referrals and medical certificates: . Along with chat appointments the Heidi app also allows for requests such as medical certificates, repeat scripts and referrals without having to attend the surgery. These are only available to exisiting clinic patients and do not attract a medicare rebate

Skin checks: We are fortunate to have a specialist skin check and skin cancer doctor practicing out of our clinic. Dr Ken is available every Monday and only provides skin cancer checks and management.
